Niovis Shipping Company S.A., was established in Piraeus in 1972 for the purpose of managing vessels for various Owners.

COMPANY'S BUSINESS

In accordance with the terms of existing Management Agreements with Owners, Niovis Shipping Company S.A., Piraeus (the Company) has been entrusted with the full Management and Operation of the fleet vessels.

The Company has been entrusted by each Owner with the full Management and Operation of each vessel together with the overall authority and responsibility on most matters including the outright authority involving all procedures and requirements to implement and maintain shipboard safety, safe navigation and the protection of the environment.

This existing Management appointment has been reported to the Greek Authorities.
